Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is made by hand. We stand behind each one. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us. We'll make it right.
What We Accept
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition received — unaltered and undamaged. Return in original packaging. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-returnable.
How It Works
- Email hello@walktheearth.us with your order number and reason for return or exchange
- We'll respond within 3 business days with a return authorization
- Pack the item carefully — original box and materials preferred — and ship it back using a trackable method
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item
Exchanges
Same 30-day window. Subject to availability. Note the item you want in your email — we'll confirm before you ship anything back. Ring size exchanges within the same style are always free.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. To exercise this right, email hello@walktheearth.us. We will process your refund, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
