Shipping
We ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping timelines are approximate and exclude weekends, holidays, and unforeseen courier delays.
Domestic (United States)
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $250.
Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is made by hand. We stand behind each one. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us. We'll make it right.
What We Accept
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition received — unaltered and undamaged. Return in original packaging. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-returnable.
How It Works
- Email hello@walktheearth.us with your order number and reason for return or exchange
- We'll respond within 3 business days with a return authorization
- Pack the item carefully — original box and materials preferred — and ship it back using a trackable method
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item
Exchanges
Same 30-day window. Subject to availability. Note the item you want in your email — we'll confirm before you ship anything back. Ring size exchanges within the same style are always free.
